Job Description

Contract Administrator at Green by Nature NZ, located in Nelson, WA, NZ. Full‑time on site position. Responsibilities Providing top‑notch customer service both internally and externally, building and maintaining strong relationships Accurately recording project and job‑related information in multiple databases and ensuring tasks are managed to completion Overseeing and updating the asset management system Maintaining subcontractor databases, prioritising and allocating workloads Analysing data and preparing monthly reports for management and customers Meeting financial reporting deadlines, completing monthly invoicing processes, raising purchase orders, invoices, and work orders Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of administration experience, preferably in a related industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with demonstrated expertise in data entry Experience in financial management tasks such as raising purchase orders, invoicing, and handling monthly billing procedures Ability to cultivate strong business relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring we not only meet but exceed client expectations Self‑motivated team player who takes initiative, effectively manages time across tasks, and consistently meets deadlines Benefits Performance‑based salary reviewed annually Annual $300 wellness benefit after the qualifying period Work phone permitted for personal use Opportunities for additional training and development with internal and external providers Professional growth and development in a multidisciplinary team environment In accordance with the Company's Drug & Alcohol Policy, the successful candidate will be required to undergo and pass a pre‑employment drug test. #J-18808-Ljbffr
