WANTED: PROPERTY MANAGER Salary: $70,000 - $85,0000 gross per annum (based on experience) + 3.5% Kiwisaver + Free Medical Insurance + Company car + 24/7 Access CBD Car Park + EAP + 8.30am-5pm weekdays + Job security, supportive team, growth opportunities Who We Are: We are a small, progressive property management company located in Christchurch. Our team is friendly, hardworking and specialises in investment properties, predominantly for Opes Partner’s clients (our parent company). About The Role: Provide a high-quality service to Landlords and Tenants, enhancing your professional career within a respected company. Manage a portfolio making sure rent is paid, inspections are done, and informational needs are met for Landlords and Tenants. Enjoy getting out of the office to complete inspections in properties around the city! About the Team: Join our wonderful team of 11: a BDM who brings on clients/properties, a PM Team Leader, Accounts Manager and 8x PM's. All are hardworking, supportive, and have a great sense of humour! (We also have a team in our Auckland office). What’s in it for You? Skills & Experience Proven experience in residential Property Management within Auckland Excellent time management and organisation Tech savvy (easily operate phone, laptop and learn software) Trustworthy team player who can work independently Values compliance and best practice Customer service focused and friendly Must haves for role Ability to work 8.30am-5pm weekdays Can be rostered on for emergency after-hours phone every couple of months.
