This role is critical in ensuring our facilities,services, and resources operate efficiently to support day-to-day businessoperations. Reporting to the Assets & Supply Chain Manager, you’llwork closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to coordinatemaintenance, manage contractors, and uphold health, safety, and compliancestandards across our facilities. About the role In this hands-on coordination role, you will be responsiblefor: Coordinatingroutine maintenance and emergency repairs across buildings, equipment, andsystems Managingservice requests and ensuring timely resolution Conductingregular facility inspections to identify risks and improvementopportunities Liaisingwith vendors and contractors (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.) Obtainingquotes, scheduling works, and monitoring quality and performance Maintainingaccurate records of contracts, warranties, compliance, and inspections Supportingfacility upgrades, refurbishments, and minor projects Monitoringfacilities-related budgets, expenses, and inventory Ensuringcompliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements You will also play a role in continuous improvement,contributing ideas to improve safety, work practices, and operationalefficiency, while consistently role-modelling Northpower’s values andbehaviours. About you You’ll be a strong coordinator with a practical mindset andthe ability to manage multiple priorities. You will bring: 2–5years’ experience in facilities, property, or operations coordination Experiencecoordinating maintenance, repairs, and third-party service providers Knowledgeof building systems and maintenance processes (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) Exposureto health and safety compliance and building regulations Strongorganisational and problem-solving skills Clearwritten and verbal communication skills Highattention to detail and a customer-focused approach Confidenceusing Microsoft Office and facilities or digital reporting systems Qualifications Certificateor diploma in Facilities Management, Property Management, BusinessAdministration, or a related field Health& Safety certifications (e.g. First Aid, Fire Warden, Site Safe) areadvantageous What’s in it for you?
