In this rewarding role, you will: Be responsible for administration needs to support a range of casework activity. Assist with financial plans, including maintaining accurate records and reconciliation of workplace financial activities. Liaise with vendors, casual staff, and other key stakeholders including various cultural groups and backgrounds. Book rooms, answer phones, and assist on the reception desk. Effectively identify and escalate risks where appropriate and look for opportunities to improve operations. Deal with critical scenarios in a calm, professional manner. To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will bring: Full clean New Zealand driver’s licence. Strong computer and Microsoft skills. Effective organisational, planning and time‑management skills. Administration and coordination skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to your audience.
