Passenger, premium EV and electric commercial, all rolling through our workshop, all backed by the most respected automotive group in the country. And the workload is absolutely going off. Geely is landing in serious numbers and keeping the service bays full. Zeekr has taken off harder than anyone predicted, and the early ownership wave is now coming through for first services and warranty work. Farizon is bringing electric commercial vehicles into the country at a pace that is only heading one direction. Every hour the workshop turns, a warranty claim is born. Three brands, three sets of manufacturer rules, and high voltage work that carries real value, someone has to make sure each claim is accurate, compliant and paid in full. That someone is you. We are on the hunt for a meticulous Warranty Administrator to join our aftersales team and become the financial backbone of the workshop. About the role This is not a role you can wing. Warranty is part detective work, part diplomacy, part precision admin, and when it is done well it is worth serious money to the business. EV and high voltage claims raise the stakes further, the documentation has to be spot on and the values are not small. You will own the full claim lifecycle across all three brands. Day to day, you will: Prepare, submit and reconcile warranty, goodwill and service plan claims across Geely, Zeekr and Farizon Scrutinise repair orders for the right codes, documentation and time allowances before anything goes out the door Chase down, correct and resubmit rejected claims, you do not leave money on the table Reconcile warranty receivables and untangle discrepancies with the accounts team Keep every claim audit ready and bulletproof against manufacturer scrutiny Work shoulder to shoulder with technicians, advisors and the parts team to keep claims moving Build sharp working relationships with distributor warranty reps across all three brands About you You are the kind of person who spots the error everyone else missed. You are organised, methodical, and you take quiet satisfaction in a clean, fully reconciled ledger. You communicate clearly and you do not let things slip. Ideally, you will bring: Previous warranty administration experience A sound grasp of manufacturer warranty policy and claim processes Genuinely sharp attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Strong computer literacy and confidence with dealership management systems The organisational skills to juggle three brands and competing deadlines without dropping a claim The confidence to work autonomously and own your role A current NZ driver licence and the right to work in New Zealand This is more than a back office admin role.
