It offers hospital‑standard care within a supportive community. Role Summary Fixed‑term full‑time (26 April–30 October 2026, maternal cover) with AM, PM, and weekend shifts. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of dedicated caregivers to provide a high level of quality care. Develop and monitor care plans. Carry out clinical assessments. Form lasting relationships with residents, families and GP’s. Support the Clinical Services and Care Home Managers. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, either in New Zealand or abroad. Hold a current APC. Good communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. A genuine love for helping people, with a friendly and positive attitude. Team spirit with empathy and a drive to make a difference.
