We are currently seeking a Team Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in overseeing production activity within the Further Processing department at our Christchurch site. About the role: This positon is a full-time Entry-Level Management role, working Monday - Friday, which requires flexibility in hours to meet the needs of the business. Reporting to the Team Leader , the Team Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient planning and effective coordination of day-to-day activities within their team, this is an extension to the Process Worker role and an entry level into management. Key responsibilities: Planning, leading, organising and controlling day to day operations and ensuring Team Leaders and Managers are well informed Developing and engaging with the team Ensuring that sufficient skill levels are available to meet demand Problem solve and liaise with Engineering to maintain and improve performance Updating weekly performance charts and reporting on variances Ensuring team members are complying with company rules, policies and standard work About you: People focussed Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Supervising others Systems processing Processing experience Sound judgement, and a strong ability to understand and solve problems, not afraid to 'speak up' We know that great people are the key to our success.
