Job Description
Territory Manager, SPM Christchurch Smith & Nephew seeks a Territory Manager to sell a range of medical equipment and services within a defined territory, focusing on Sports Medicine products and brands. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed the sales budget for the assigned territory and meet Key Performance Indicators set by the Regional Sales Manager. Provide input to the State Sales Manager on determining the annual sales budget and strategy for the assigned territory. Develop and manage short- and long-term account strategies that support S+N Sports Medicine strategies and objectives. Implement and maintain an account management process that includes account assessment, prioritisation, strategy development and execution, and regular account reviews with the Regional Sales Manager. Create accurate sales forecasts and provide timely monthly reporting to the Regional Sales Manager on the actual vs forecast. Actively monitor market trends, including competitor activities, and work out relevant strategies with the Regional Sales Manager to mitigate risks to the achievement of sales forecast. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Science or a business-related discipline. Proven experience in sports medicine and/or endoscopy clinical support or exceptional sales experience in related medical devices (2 years and above).
