Permanent Relief Support Staff - Full Time (Kaiapoi)

Location: Kaiapoi Pay Rate: $26.35 – $31.45 per hour (depending on qualifications) Availability: Must be available to work weekends and a variety of shifts About the Role As a Permanent Relief Team Support Staff member, you’ll work across a range of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, awake night shifts, split shifts, and weekends. You will be: Supporting daily routines including shopping, meal preparation, household tasks Providing personal care respectfully and safely Supporting community activities and outings Encouraging independence, choice, and wellbeing Following support plans and maintaining accurate records About You We’re looking for someone who is flexible, empathetic, and dependable, with a genuine passion for supporting others. You’ll ideally have: NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing (Level 2 or higher), or experience as a Support Worker / Caregiver / Healthcare Assistant Full New Zealand driver’s licence (essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A respectful, person-centred approach to providing support to people with learning disabilities.
