As a Retail Assistant, your key focus is to ensure each customer has a great experience in store. This starts from the moment the customer walks in the door, to providing guidance around our products, helping them find what they need, upselling where you can, and processing the sale at the till. Responsibilities Always have a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers Provide genuine service & create moments that matter with customers Use your strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance Maintain exceptional showroom presentation & merchandising standards Process stock; receive, dispatch & store Be an enthusiastic, cooperative & collaborative Repco team member, and contribute to a positive team culture Note: this role will require lifting, bending & climbing. Skills & Experience Very customer-focused; ideally with previous retail and/or customer service experience Full training will be given on the products; interest in automotive is a plus Confident working in a retail/sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner; team-focused and a can-do attitude About GPC Asia Pacific Movement is in our DNA.
