Job Description
About the Role We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to become a trusted operational partner to our NewZealand Sales team and our rapidly growing Regulatory Compliance business across Australia, NewZealand and the UK. This is not a traditional reporting role. You’ll sit at the centre of the business, partnering with sales leaders, business development managers, account managers and technical teams to improve sales effectiveness, strengthen processes and support the adoption of new technologies. What You’ll Be Doing Partner closely with the NewZealand Sales team to support sales cadence, pipeline health and operational excellence Act as the key operational representative for NewZealand within the broader Pacific Sales Operations function Support Business Development Managers and Account Managers with systems, reporting and process improvements Drive adoption of Salesforce and reinforce data quality, reporting accuracy and sales discipline Improve forecasting accuracy and sales visibility through reporting and analysis Help scale our Regulatory Compliance business by introducing structure, operating frameworks and consistent processes Support technology implementations, migrations and new product launches Map and improve sales processes across Australia, NewZealand and the UK Collaborate across teams to solve operational challenges and remove barriers to success Champion AI, automation and digital tools that improve productivity, decision‑making and customer outcomes What We’re Looking For 3–5 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis or a similar operational role Strong Salesforce experience, including reporting, pipeline management and process governance Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with operational data Experience supporting sales teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities The confidence to challenge assumptions, ask questions and drive improvements Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills A proactive approach and ability to work with limited direction Highly regarded experience supporting multi‑country teams Process mapping or SOP development experience Experience driving technology adoption, system change or transformation initiatives Presentation or change enablement experience Why Join Us?
