We're on the lookout for skilled Hammer-hands and Builders to join our team working on a variety of commercial, and civil projects in Timaru and surrounding areas. You'll be part of a hardworking, safety-focused crew delivering quality builds and repairs across a mix of new developments, renovations, and maintenance work. Key Responsibilities Assisting qualified builders and site supervisors with all aspects of construction Carrying out formwork, framing, concreting, cladding, and finishing work Reading and interpreting basic plans and instructions Using and maintaining hand and power tools safely Helping with material handling, site prep, and clean-up Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards at all times About You Previous construction or carpentry experience Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Good understanding of on-site safety and quality workmanship Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour Own tools and reliable transport preferred What We Offer Ongoing, full-time work with consistent hours Supportive crew and great site culture Opportunities for training and upskilling Weekly pay and fair rates No 2 days the same! #J-18808-Ljbffr
