About The Role This is a full‑time opportunity (40 Hours per week). Sunday: 9:45am‑5:15pm | Monday to Thursday: 9:00am‑5:45pm Responsibilities Supporting the Store Manager on all operational aspects, and managing the team on the Store Manager’s RDOs. Using prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach the team on daily tasks. Becoming BRA‑FIT certified to ensure customers receive the very best experience. Learning the Bendon approach and interacting with customers to make them comfortable and confident before, during, and after a fitting. Exceling in operational functions such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock, and exceeding KPIs.
