Snr Business Analyst - SaaS Implementation

We’re looking for an experienced contract Business Analyst to support a complex SaaS implementation across a multi-site, customer-facing organisation. Ideally Queenstown based, but we are open to remote options too. This is a business‑critical transformation programme replacing an existing software ecosystem that supports multiple operational areas including online bookings, stock management, memberships, time sheeting, and other core functions. The delivery spans multiple venues and business units, making this a varied and complex piece of work. The focus of this role will be on understanding and documenting current and future‑state processes, supporting business readiness, and helping ensure a smooth roll‑outand adoption of the new platform. Key responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across multiple stakeholders Map and document current and future‑state business processes Produce high‑quality process documentation, SOPs, and training materials Support change management and user adoption activities Work closely with project, technical, and operational teams to support delivery Assist with testing, roll‑out preparation, and post‑go‑live support What we’re looking for Proven contract Business Analysis experience across software implementation projects Strong process mapping and documentation capability Experience creating training and operational support documentation Exposure to change management and business readiness activities Previous experience working on SaaS implementations, booking systems, membership platforms, or similar operational software Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across multiple business areas Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments Please note: This contract will start October 1st.
