About you Conversant with 3 waters 5-10 years experience Bachelor of Engineering or similar Must have broadknowledge of Waterpolicies, process, systems, & materials Must have strong leadership working with cultural diversity Specializing indelivering complex water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure Experience in projects focusing on planning, design, construction, and resource consenting for large scale Experience with ensuring alignment with asset management plans, managing budgets, technical aspects, and stakeholder engagement Primary Objectives: To complete all Civil/water work efficiently and effectively whilst maintaining a safe working environment that meets allnetwork operators' standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities: Preparing work schedule for positions supervised (Site Supervisors and other Operators) Preparation of Project Documentation ie SWMS and Procedures etc Coordinate staff to complete electrical work Coordinate subcontractors involved with electrical work Site Inspections and audits Evaluate subcontractors for civil/water works Complete and Lodge paperwork required on job completion Follow up and complete all unfinished projects Health and Safety Implement the occupational health and safety policy and management plan. Ensure compliance by all employees, contractors and visitors with regard to both the plan and policy. Monitor the effectiveness of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan. Ensure the occupational health and safety policy and plan are included in the planning phase of any new project. Ensure safe work practices are adhered to. Ensure all employees, contractors and visitors comply with the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Management Plan and occupational health and safety policy. Environment Implement the environmental management policy and management plan. Ensure compliance by all employees, contractors and visitors with regard to both the plan and policy. Monitor the effectiveness of the Environmental Management Plan. Ensure the environmental management policy and plan are included in the planning phase of any new project. Ensuring that environmental best practice is adhered to. Ensuring all employees, contractors and visitors comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management Plan and the Environmental policy Skills Required Strong communication and Leadership skills Organisational skills Able to make accurate decisions under pressure #J-18808-Ljbffr
