Senior Account Manager

We’re partnering with a small, specialist design studio to find an experienced Senior Account Manager. Combining strategy and creativity, they deliver impactful campaigns for some of NZ’s leading property brands. This is a hands‑on role within a high‑performing, close‑knit team. You’ll take ownership of client relationships and projects from brief through to delivery. Key responsibilities Managing campaigns and projects from brief through to delivery. Taking responsibility for budgets, timelines and presentations, ensuring the work is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget. Managing multiple projects while ensuring high quality outputs and exceptional attention to detail. You’ll have 4+ years’ agency experience in a client service role. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong and genuine client relationships. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects. A commercial mindset.
