Auckland One Rail in Auckland is seeking an experienced Capability Lead to develop a fit-for-purpose competency framework for frontline and operational teams, reporting to the Head of Learning and Capability. This fixed-term contract runs through to early December 2026 and supports major projects and workforce capability initiatives.
