As a Senior Wealth Adviser, you’ll partner with clients to understand what matters most to them and provide personalised investment advice that helps them achieve their financial goals. You’ll build trusted, long‑term relationships, helping clients navigate life's changes while ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident in their financial future. Working as part of a regional Wealth team, you’ll also use your experience to support and uplift those around you. You’ll provide guidance on complex client situations, share best practice, and help create a culture of high performance, collaboration, and exceptional client service. Through your leadership and client‑first approach, you’ll help strengthen our reputation as one of New Zealand’s most trusted wealth management providers. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value clients, delivering tailored investment advice and exceptional service Build trusted, long‑term relationships that drive client retention, referrals, and business growth Provide high‑quality, compliant financial advice and stay current with market and regulatory developments Partner with Business Development colleagues to convert opportunities into enduring client relationships Mentor and support Wealth Advisers while contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing culture Represent Fisher Funds with clients, referral partners, employers, and the wider community Skills & Experience Level 5 Financial Services Certificate (Investment Strand) and current Financial Adviser registration Strong investment markets, wealth management, and regulatory knowledge Proven success managing complex client relationships and achieving strong commercial outcomes Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing others Client‑focused, commercially astute, and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes High levels of initiative, professionalism, and accountability, with a focus on delivering outstanding client outcomes Why Fisher Funds?
