About the job: We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Drainlaying team in Masterton. The role involves: Leading, supervising and mentoring crews to deliver work across the three-water network, fostering a culture of safety, professionalism and continuous improvement. Planning and scheduling drainage projects, allocating resources effectively and ensuring timely project completion. Monitoring team performance, providing constructive feedback and conducting training where necessary. Maintaining accurate documentation including timesheets, work reports and project records. What you'll need: New Zealand Certificate in Infrastructure Works (Level 3). Experience leading or supervising small teams. Knowledge of the three-waters network or construction environment. Confidence using digital tools and business systems. We need someone who is able and willing to participate in the on-call and standby roster. A full class 1 & 2 licence with Roller, Tracks & Wheels Endorsements. All preferred candidates will be required to complete preemployment checks to the employer's satisfaction.
