Job Description

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and management experience, a strong understanding of retail operations, and the confidence to take full responsibility for the department. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the Chilled and Frozen Foods department. Manage inventory, achieve financial targets, and ensure product quality and presentation. Train and develop staff while fostering a culture of health and safety. Ensure exceptional service and support our team in staying informed about products and promotions.
