As we continue to grow our Salesforce capability in New Zealand, we are looking for a motivated Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Wellington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of Salesforce Administration experience who is looking to further develop their technical skills while working alongside experienced Salesforce professionals on meaningful projects. The Role As a Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining Salesforce environments while working closely with business users, developers and support teams. You will be responsible for managing support requests, assisting with platform configuration, troubleshooting issues and ensuring users receive a high level of support across the Salesforce platform. This role would suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, is highly organised, and is looking to build a long-term career within the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 Salesforce application support across business-critical environments Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related incidents and service requests Manage and prioritise support tickets through Jira Service Management and Service Desk platforms Perform Salesforce administration activities including user management, permissions, profiles, roles and security settings Configure Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types and reports Support testing, deployments and release activities across Salesforce environments Assist with data management activities including imports, exports and data quality initiatives Work closely with developers, business analysts and stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues Maintain system documentation, knowledge articles and support procedures Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce platform About You 1–2 years of Salesforce Administration experience Salesforce Administrator Certification highly regarded Experience providing Level 2 application support within a Salesforce environment Strong experience working with Jira and Service Desk ticketing systems Hands‑on experience configuring Salesforce using declarative functionality Understanding of Salesforce security, user management and data management principles Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from senior team members What’s on Offer Permanent role based in Wellington, New Zealand Opportunity to work with a leading Salesforce partner Exposure to enterprise‑scale Salesforce programs and transformation projects Supportive and collaborative team environment Ongoing training, certification support and career development opportunities Flexible working arrangements Clear pathways for progression within the Salesforce practice If you are an aspiring Salesforce Administrator looking to take the next step in your career and work with a team passionate about delivering quality Salesforce solutions, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
