The Role We are looking for undergraduate Civil / Structural Engineers in their third or penultimate year of study with an interest in building structures, infrastructure, construction engineering and civil works. The Graduate Engineering Programme will provide: Contribution to the delivery of major industry projects and local community ventures. Assistance in the preparation of proposals, reports and other documentation. Collaboration with supportive colleagues through a buddy system. Access to industry events and networking opportunities. About You Third or penultimate year of a relevant engineering degree. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Able to manage time and workload effectively. Developed knowledge of analytical methods, tools and principles.
