Salt has partnered with a world class luxury automotive brand looking for a Brand Experience Specialist to assist with events and marketing. The client is a world‑renowned automotive brand known for its innovation, precision, and performance. You’ll be part of a close‑knit, down‑to‑earth team that values collaboration and continuous improvement. About the role 12‑month temporary assignment (renewed annually) 4 days per week (32 hours total each week) $45–$48 per hour + 8% holiday pay Based in Newmarket with free parking available; 3 days in office, 1 day remote This role is responsible for planning, managing, and executing premium events and brand partnerships across New Zealand, while supporting the wider Australia team to deliver exceptional customer and brand experiences aligned with strategic marketing objectives. It is an independent role working closely with the National Brand Experience Manager based in Australia. Day to day Plan, manage, and execute premium events and brand experiences across New Zealand, supporting projects led by the Australia team. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, suppliers, partner brands, and dealer networks. Scout venues, manage logistics, and oversee on‑site event delivery, including occasional evening and weekend work. Support sponsorships and activations, assisting with execution until fully confident to take ownership. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure events are delivered to a high standard. Balance multiple projects at once, navigating changing deadlines, high‑volume periods, and diverse stakeholder expectations. About you You are an experienced events professional who thrives in fast‑paced, project‑driven environments and can confidently manage multiple stakeholders from varying backgrounds. You bring strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure while juggling shifting deadlines, peak workloads, and premium‑level delivery standards. You’re proactive, resilient, great with people, and comfortable working autonomously while collaborating closely with teams across New Zealand and Australia. Qualifications 5+ years experience in event management or as a senior event coordinator High resilience and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines autonomously Tertiary qualification in commerce, events, marketing, or a related discipline Must hold a full NZ driver’s license Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with domestic or international travel (2‑3 times per year) Bonus: experience with an automotive or premium brand (only candidates already based in New Zealand and holding valid working rights will be considered) #J-18808-Ljbffr
