We’re looking for a seasoned and ambitious Senior Customer Success Manager to lead relationships with some of the most influential TV, digital, and media organisations in the region (NZ and Aus). In this hands‑on, client‑facing role, you will become the trusted advisor for customers, ensuring they maximise the value of TV solutions, including campaign planning, forecasting, reporting, and inventory optimisation. This role combines client strategy, adoption leadership, training, insights, and cross‑functional collaboration. Hybrid role with lots of flexibility and travel; onboarding in the UK, client visits to Australia, and an annual company visit to Croatia. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact across clients, key stakeholders, data teams, operational users, and media partners. Manage day‑to‑day requests and ensure clients leverage the full value of our Total TV platform. Conduct regular business reviews, showcasing value, successes, and measurable outcomes. Identify opportunities for growth, upsell, and cross‑sell across the suite of solutions. Meet clients regularly on site to run sessions, workshops and deepen relationships. Plan and deliver onboarding programs, training sessions, and ongoing enablement across all user groups. Monitor product usage and adoption metrics, ensuring engagement continually scales. Work closely with Product, Solutions Architecture and Technical Support teams, providing insights and customer feedback for solution improvements. Escalate challenges and influence roadmap discussions with clear customer context. Support the development and execution of customer success strategies that drive retention, satisfaction, and expansion outcomes. What You’ll Bring 5–8 years of experience in Customer Success within a SaaS, data, or Ad‑Tech environment. Strong industry knowledge of advertising technology, campaign planning, media optimisation, or TV & digital ecosystems. Commercial experience across digital or linear advertising and an understanding of the full campaign lifecycle. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, able to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences. Strong analytical problem‑solving ability with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
