Job Description
Are you passionate about systems, data, and continuous improvement? We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused professional to help strengthen and enhance our asset management practices across a wide range of community assets This role is all about supporting and improving how we manage our assets across our Facilities, Waste Management and Fleet activities. You’ll help drive good asset management practices, tidy up and enhance processes, improve documentation, and make sure our systems and technology are supporting the work on the ground. In this role you will: Support and continuously improve asset management systems, processes, and technology across Facilities and Waste activities. Maintain high-quality asset data, documentation, reporting, and lifecycle planning information to support effective decision-making. Work collaboratively with operational teams, contractors, and stakeholders to promote consistent asset management practices and continuous improvement. What we’re looking for: Experience in asset management, infrastructure, facilities, or a related field Strong analytical and organisational skills Experience working with asset management systems and data A continuous improvement mindset with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and relationship-building skills The ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across teams A full New Zealand driver licence.
