Job Description
Role Be involved in navigation and project coordination within Te Pūriri o Te Ora (Regional Cancer and Blood Services). This is a part‑time (0.7FTE) permanent position based in Auckland City Hospital, providing an excellent opportunity to improve cancer care outcomes. Responsibilities Prospectively track patients through the Faster Cancer Treatment (FCT) pathway. Manage the patient journey in collaboration with clinical and non‑clinical staff. Assist in the development and implementation of alternative approaches to ensure timely, quality patient care. Utilise data sources and communicate across multidisciplinary teams to optimise outcomes for cancer patients and their whānau. Qualifications Proven experience in implementing projects. Strong computer and communication skills. Knowledge of hospital systems, including Trakcare and RCP, is advantageous. Ability to take initiative and drive progress.
