Job Description Noel Leeming delivers the best in technology and appliances, but it’s not just about the products – it’s about the service. As a Store Manager you will lead all aspects of your store to greatness. You’ll manage a passionate team, delight customers, oversee finances, implement marketing strategies, and maintain eye‑catching visual merchandising. Your role is to inspire and motivate the team to go above and beyond, sparking imagination through expert advice, educational experiences, and live demonstrations. The team is as diverse as the products we offer and provides a full end‑to‑end service – from the moment a customer walks in, through delivery, set‑up, and ongoing support. Qualifications We need someone passionate about technology and our products, who pays attention to detail and can juggle multiple priorities. You thrive in coaching and leadership and are commercially savvy, with an understanding of retail and what drives business performance. An outgoing, friendly personality and a belief that service and relationship‑building with customers is key are essential.
