Responsibilities Assist the Maintenance Manager and team with day‑to‑day maintenance requirements of all hotel plant and equipment, as well as general upkeep of the rooms. Maintain high standards of appearance and safety for grounds and rooms. Complete daily rounds and promptly respond to and resolve maintenance requests. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with Accor WHS standards. Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of all equipment. Ensure compliance with external contractor management processes. Complete tasks within required timeframes. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar maintenance role. Trade background preferred (Carpentry, Electrical, or Plumbing). Basic knowledge of HVAC, painting, and computer skills. Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Friendly and approachable with good communication skills. Effective time‑management and problem‑solving ability. Physically fit to carry out day‑to‑day maintenance requirements.
