The Role You’ll lead the Inwards team, managing container scheduling, unloading, receipting and put-away across a fast paced import operation. You’ll liaise with freight forwarders and devanning crews, keep stock flowing accurately through the system, and hold the team accountable to daily targets. To get up to speed quickly, you will need to have a track record in a similar role and environment. What You Bring 3-5 years leading inwards or receiving operations in a busy warehouse or DC environment Proven ability to perform under volume pressure – peak season is not a new phrase to you Solid understanding of receipting accuracy, put-away processes and WMS/stock systems Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and external service providers Strong H&S knowledge and a hands‑on leadership style TFO certified FMCG or perishables experience preferable Apply now if you have the right experience and are keen to get stuck in! #J-18808-Ljbffr
