Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week plus a rostered half‑day Saturday. About the role Trade Specialists are local experts who provide technical support to our trade customers, building lasting relationships and exceeding expectations. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to trade customers using expert automotive parts and mechanical knowledge. Build effective customer relationships and act as superstar sellers and problem solvers. Use up‑to‑date product information and knowledge to deliver genuine service and create lasting impressions for customers. Engage in a busy phone customer contact role, maintaining safety awareness and striving to provide a safe work environment. Lift, bend and climb as required by the role. Desired Qualifications Prior automotive parts or mechanical experience. Strong customer service orientation with some sales experience. Comfortable sharing technical knowledge with both technical and non‑technical audiences. Natural problem‑solver with a solution‑focused approach and sound computer skills. Proactive, driven team player who can also work independently. Availability to work on other days if requested. Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to contribute to a safer environment.
