About the Role 0.8 FTE, fully rostered Fixed term, parental leave cover Huia Ward is a 20‑bed acute unit that meets the needs of patients presenting with a range of acute cardiology and medical conditions. We work in a fast‑paced environment while still delivering high quality of clinical nursing care. Specific Cardiology such as telemetry monitoring are ideal but a desire to learn and develop your Cardiology knowledge and skills is what is most important to us. About you To be considered we will need the following: New Zealand Registered Nurse, with a current Annual Practising Certificate A minimum of 2 years post registration acute experience as Registered Nurse in New Zealand Recent experience working within Cardiology A confident communicator and natural problem solver Someone who thrives in high energy environments and can prioritise effectively If you are passionate about nursing, possess strong communication and influencing abilities, and approach problem‑solving with creativity, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.
