What's On Offer? $32+ per hour + 8% holiday pay Full-time hours with ongoing work Opportunity to work with an established hospitality business Supportive and professional kitchen environment Immediate start available for the right candidate Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook authentic Cantonese cuisine to a consistently high standard Operate wok stations efficiently during busy service periods Prepare seafood, meat, poultry, and vegetable dishes using traditional Cantonese techniques Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always met Assist with stock control, food preparation, and kitchen organisation Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Cantonese Chef in a commercial kitchen Excellent wok cooking skills Strong knowledge of authentic Cantonese cuisine and cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently under pressure Reliable, punctual, and passionate about quality food Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required Why Join The Recruitment Network?
