About The Role Join us on an exciting journey with IWS and become an integral part of our operations as a Line Lead/ Production Line Manager reporting directly to the Operations Department Manager. In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in achieving the line’s safety, quality, cost, and production targets, driving excellence across all aspects of performance. Responsibilities Lead line performance, equipment, and personnel, driving continuous improvement across all areas. Cultivate high‑performing teams through effective engagement strategies. Oversee shift teams, managing performance, discipline, attendance, rosters, holidays, and training requirements. Monitor line metrics to eliminate waste, maximise efficiency, and optimise cost per tonne. Manage re‑work, ensuring timely completion and precise documentation. Champion centre lining, production routines, product control standards, and systematic defect elimination. Ensure strict adherence to Food Safety and ISO 22000 Quality standards, recommending improvements as needed. Promote employee ownership of quality, reinforcing consistent messaging and peer involvement in the Danone culture programme (iCare). Uphold WISE2 Safety Management System principles, actively shaping safety culture and standards. About You You are an energetic and proactive professional with proven experience in production environments. Your ability to engage stakeholders, coach others, and champion continuous improvement will be key to your success in this role. If you are passionate about personal growth, teamwork, and making a real impact, you will find this role rewarding. Qualifications Dairy or food manufacturing industry experience is an advantage. Coaching and training skills. Strong interpersonal skills associated with developing trusting relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Negotiating and influencing skills, and ability to build robust relationships with all stakeholders. Ability to adjust the schedule to support 24/7 manufacturing operations, including overtime, afternoon and night shift, and/or weekends as needed.
