About the Role We are looking for a pro‑active Supervisor to join our business in the Outdoor Living and Housewares team at Mitre 10 MEGA Ruakura. Our ideal candidate will have a strong retail or operations background and preferably some exposure or knowledge in the products we sell or big‑box retail. You will also have previous leadership experience and a commitment to providing quality service and product to our customers. The focus of this role is to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to our Retail customers, driving sales and the seamless running of your portfolio. You will support and motivate your team to be the best they can be every day, to deliver in full and on time and to achieve the results that are critical to our success. You will also have a strong focus on Health & Safety. This role reports to a Retail Manager and is part of the store leadership team.
