Strategic People Experience Business Partner – Fixed Term mid-May 2027 We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work with senior leaders to solve complex organisational challenges, influence strategic direction, and build high‑performing organisations. As a Strategic People Experience Business Partner you will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping them deliver the Ministry's strategic priorities through people. You will develop a deep understanding of your business group's strategic direction, translate priorities into practical people strategies, partner on strategic workforce planning, leadership, organisational capability, culture, talent and change, and use data to influence decisions. This Role Will Suit Someone Who Has significant experience partnering with senior leaders and leadership teams. Think(s) strategically and translates organisational priorities into practical people solutions. Brings expertise across workforce planning, leadership development, organisational change and capability. Uses data and evidence to provide sound, pragmatic advice. Builds trusted relationships quickly and confidently challenges thinking when needed.
