Design Director

The Role & Responsibilities As a Design Director at Colenso, you’ll lead the creative and strategic direction of design work across the agency. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who loves craft as much as they love mentoring teams and shaping big creative thinking. You’ll work across a wide range of brands, campaigns and projects — bringing strong design direction, creative problem solving and a sharp eye for detail to everything you do. Alongside leading projects, you’ll play a key role in growing the agency’s design capability and helping elevate the standard of work across the board.
