About the Role As the Professional Lead Speech Therapy, you will provide strategic and clinical leadership for Speech Language Therapists across hospital, outpatient, and community services in Te Matau a Māui - Hawkes Bay. You will champion professional development, clinical excellence, and culturally safe practice, while supporting integration and innovation across the health system. About the Team/Service/Location Our Allied Health team at Hawkes Bay Hospital is a collaborative and forward‑thinking group committed to delivering high‑quality, equitable care. As part of this team, you will work closely with other professional leaders, clinicians, and managers to support a thriving, well‑connected dietetic workforce. A relevant postgraduate qualification and at least 6 years of clinical experience. Proven leadership experience and a passion for workforce development. Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills. A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, equity, and culturally safe practice.
