About the Role As the Professional Lead Speech Therapy, you will provide strategic and clinical leadership for Speech Language Therapists across hospital, outpatient, and community services in Te Matau a Māui - Hawkes Bay. A relevant postgraduate qualification and at least 6 years of clinical experience. Proven leadership experience and a passion for workforce development. Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills. A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, equity, and culturally safe practice.
