Accor Rotorua is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to welcome a wonderfully diverse mix of guests, check them in and out with ease, and respond to requests before they’re voiced. You’ll deliver service so memorable that guests want to return. Your day includes upselling Atlas Restaurant and Clarke’s Bar, keeping a tidy station, and maintaining calm, can-do hospitality even when things get busy.
