Experienced Bartender Join the team at Ma Maison! We're looking for an experienced bartender who loves creating exceptional drinks, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoys providing outstanding customer service. If you're passionate about hospitality, have a positive attitude, and take pride in delivering memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing: Preparing and serving classic and signature cocktails Delivering friendly, professional customer service Maintaining a clean and organised bar Managing stock, glassware and bar prep Working efficiently during busy service periods Assisting the wider front of house team when required What we're looking for: Minimum 2 years' bartending experience Strong cocktail, wine, beer and spirits knowledge Current LCQ and Manager's Certificate (preferred but not essential) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays Reliable, well-presented and passionate about hospitality What we offer: Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and professional team environment Opportunities for training and career development Staff discounts The chance to work in one of Akaroa's most respected hospitality groups - we are expanding!
