We are seeking an experienced educational leader from either a primary or secondary background to lead our Year 3–13 Palmerston North Campus. As campus principal, you will drive student achievement, lead and develop staff, foster a positive campus culture, and build strong relationships with students, families, and the wider community. Supported by an experienced team, a strong school community, and the resources of a global organisation, this role offers the opportunity to build on an already successful campus while leading the delivery of the New Zealand Curriculum through our innovative self-directed learning model. We’re looking for someone who: Has recent leadership experience as a principal, deputy principal, or assistant principal in a New Zealand school. Demonstrates a proven ability to lift student outcomes and lead high‑performing teams. Is a confident communicator and relationship builder. Brings a growth mindset, strong values, and a passion for innovative education. Has the vision and capability to build on the success of an established campus while continuing to drive improvement and growth.
