This role is ideal for a creative video editor passionate about transforming technical software recordings into engaging marketing content for the construction sector. You will work with high-quality screen captures, detailed feature explainers, and brand assets to craft a compelling hero video for a software homepage, as well as a social media cut. Your creative direction will be essential in shaping the narrative, pacing, and tone to resonate with busy construction professionals. The project requires a keen eye for detail, ensuring tool names are accurate, only demonstrated features are shown, and all content aligns with Australian English standards. You will also be responsible for selecting or recommending commercially licensed music that enhances the final product. Deliverables Structure and edit a 60–90 second hero marketing video for a software homepage using provided screen recordings and written explainers Produce a social media cut (under 60 seconds) optimised for web and mobile platforms Apply creative direction to determine pacing, tone, and music selection Ensure all tool names and features are accurately represented Use Australian English throughout all text and captions Deliver web‑ready MP4s and all project files for future use Select or recommend commercially licensed music suitable for the target audience Requirements Proven experience editing marketing or promotional videos, ideally for software or technology products Strong creative vision and ability to provide input beyond technical editing Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., "Adobe Premiere Pro", "Final Cut Pro") Ability to interpret written explainers and translate them into engaging visual narratives Familiarity with brand guidelines and asset integration Attention to detail, especially regarding accuracy of tool names and feature demonstrations Experience sourcing or recommending commercially licensed music Portfolio demonstrating similar work, preferably in the tech or construction sectors Availability to deliver final assets and project files within agreed timelines Comfortable working independently and communicating creative ideas clearly #J-18808-Ljbffr
