\nThe Client Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with company products, and supporting business growth through effective account management and client engagement strategies.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n*Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail customer
\n* Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information, quotations, and order support.
\n* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
\n* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
\n* Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.
\n* Maintain regular communication with key customers to build long-term business relationships.
\n* Analyse customer feedback and purchasing trends to improve customer retention and service quality.
\n* Assist in planning and implementing promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
\n* Maintain accurate customer records and prepare customer service reports.
\n* Work closely with suppliers and internal departments to meet customer requirements.
\n* Assist in developing new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
\n* Review and improve customer service processes to enhance operational efficiency.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or client relationship management. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \n
