Job Summary

\n

The Client Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with company products, and supporting business growth through effective account management and client engagement strategies.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

*Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail customer

\n

* Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information, quotations, and order support.

\n

* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

\n

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

\n

* Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.

\n

* Maintain regular communication with key customers to build long-term business relationships.

\n

* Analyse customer feedback and purchasing trends to improve customer retention and service quality.

\n

* Assist in planning and implementing promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.

\n

* Maintain accurate customer records and prepare customer service reports.

\n

* Work closely with suppliers and internal departments to meet customer requirements.

\n

* Assist in developing new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.

\n

* Review and improve customer service processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

  • Diploma qualification or above.OR

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or client relationship management.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to resolve conflicts with professionalism and tact.

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise competing demands.
