As a Lead Technical Consultant in our D365 CE Operations team, you'll be hands-on across both project work and ongoing client support. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, tackle complex technical challenges, and help shape solutions that make a real impact.You'll be looked to as a technical leader—sharing your expertise, influencing technical decisions, and helping delivery teams produce their best work.You will play a key role in:Providing technical and architectural leadership, including guiding solution designEnsuring alignment with architectural standards and best practicesHelping our client navigate complex technical decisionsYour profile:Solid experience (8+ years) working with Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform in a client facing roleDemonstrated experience (8+ years) delivering Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform solutions across project environments, with exposure to ongoing support, enhancements, or managed services delivery.Strong technical skills across configuration, development and solution designConfidence working with stakeholders and translating business needs into practical solutionsA proactive mindset — someone who enjoys problem-solving, adding value and taking ownershipWhat you’ll love about working hereWe recognise the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
