Job Description
Marley is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our Manurewa facility, reporting to the Manufacturing Manager. You will oversee Injection Moulding, Finishing, Crushing and Frames, driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the site. You will coach and develop multi‑shift teams, improve OEE and productivity, embed Lean principles, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, monitor KPIs, and guide automation and future investment with cross‑functional partners to meet #J-18808-Ljbffr
