Working closely with the Control Room, Metallurgical and Maintenance teams, you’ll monitor process performance, respond to operational changes and help maintain safe and reliable production. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor flotation and filtration circuits Monitor flotation cells, pumps, filters and concentrate handling equipment Adjust operating parameters to optimise recovery and concentrate quality Conduct routine plant inspections and identify process or equipment issues Assist with plant start‑ups, shutdowns and maintenance activities Complete sampling and basic process checks as required Maintain accurate production and operational records Ensure compliance with site operating procedures and safety standards Work collaboratively with Metallurgical, Maintenance and Processing teams Promote and maintain a positive safety culture across the operation About You To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: Previous experience in mineral processing, flotation or filtration operations Experience within gold, base metals or other mineral processing environments Understanding of flotation circuits, filtration systems and process control Current Driver Licence Strong commitment to health, safety and environmental performance Good communication and teamwork skills A proactive attitude and commitment to operational excellence Desirable Previous experience within underground gold or metalliferous mining operations Experience operating flotation cells, pressure filters, vacuum filters or thickening circuits Current First Aid Certificate Loader, forklift or other mobile plant licences Additional mining or process plant qualifications Build Your Future Here – Opportunities to join a mining operation at this stage are rare.
