Our Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) team leads the market in delivering accurate, insightful property valuations across a wide range of sectors. The Opportunity Conduct comprehensive commercial valuations across commercial sectors, for a wide mix of clients including major institutions, banks, corporates and individuals Work with, assist, mentor junior valuers. Seek out growth opportunities in addition to your existing client base Be active with AI use with skills in application to valuation Potentially manage portfolio valuations across Auckland or New Zealand Key Skills SNZIV Registered Valuer with Commercial Valuations experience Excellent verbal and written communications skills – interacting with a wide range of clients, agents, colleagues and peers High attention to detail and accuracy Initiative and the confidence to work on instructions alone or part of a team Personal drive to attract and retain new business Outgoing and willing to be part of and contribute to a larger team What's in it for you Excellent long‑term prospects and defined career promotion opportunities Support from a collaborative team of local and national valuation experts including regular in‑house training on current topics Working for the largest valuation firm in New Zealand Carpark and Phone allowance Southern Cross Discounts.
