Downer Group is seeking an experienced Team Leader (Power Technician) to guide a field crew in construction, maintenance and fault diagnosis on network equipment. You’ll plan, coordinate daily work, scope jobs, estimate resources and ensure safety and quality align with Downer standards. You will lead from the front in a dynamic environment, collaborating with Supervisors and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
