About the Role We need a dedicated Café Supervisor to lead our team at North Campus, overseeing efficient guest services, maintaining high standards of food and beverage handling, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Ensure efficient delivery of guest services. Maintain high standards of food and beverage handling and presentation. Demonstrate proficiency in English, both oral and written. Exhibit strong self‑management skills, including organisation and time management. Manage ordering for the café. Oversee store operations in conjunction with the Retail Manager. Assist in maximising productivity and profitability. Support the Retail Manager in hiring, induction, training, and staff rostering. Lead by example, inspiring the team with a positive attitude and hands‑on leadership. Qualifications Minimum of two years’ experience in café supervision. Proficiency in food and beverage handling and presentation. Experience with two‑ and three‑group coffee machines. Strong customer focus. Excellent command of the English language. Effective self‑management skills, including organisation and time management. Proven leadership abilities to motivate and develop team members. A commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
