Job Description This role will be part of our highly successful and growing Auckland Support Team, helping us keep up with the growing ezyVet software customer base. You will support global users on complex workflow and technical solutions, diving deep into how they use our software to continually enhance usage and optimise their clinics’ business. Responsibilities Provide high‑quality email and phone customer service relating to the use of ezyVet practice management software. Efficiently problem‑solve and manage support tickets until resolution. Deliver training webinars focused on specific features of ezyVet, upskilling yourself and customers. Produce technical writing and documentation as part of the support role. Qualifications Excellent communication skills with passion, empathy and resilience. Can‑do attitude and willingness to be proactive and take ownership of your career. Passion for technology or the veterinary industry. Experience working with ezyVet in a clinic or general veterinary clinic experience. Availability to join a support roster that includes weekends every 4–5 weeks. Flexibility to work shift patterns of either 6am–3pm or 10am–7pm, with assignments planned three months in advance.
