Founding Account Executive | New Zealand You're probably already selling construction software. We want to talk to you. For the past 5 years, Plexa has quietly built one of Australia's fastest-growing construction platforms. Rather than another point solution, we've built a single AI‑focused platform that brings together project management, safety, quality, finance , defects, documents, and field operations. Now we're taking that success into New Zealand. We're looking for one person to lead the charge. Not someone waiting for marketing leads. Someone who already knows the industry. Someone who knows who's building what. Someone who has relationships with commercial builders and can confidently walk into a boardroom, demonstrate real value, and close deals. If you've sold software like Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, HammerTech, Aconex, Jobpac or similar, you'll know exactly who we're looking for. This isn't a territory you'll inherit. You'll build it. That means: Opening doors with New Zealand's leading commercial builders. Creating your own pipeline and owning it. Running demonstrations and commercial negotiations. Working directly with our founders and Australian teams for support to shape our New Zealand strategy. Becoming the person customers think of when they think of Plexa. We're looking for someone who: Already has credibility within New Zealand's construction industry. Has experience selling enterprise or construction technology. Enjoys winning business from incumbents rather than defending existing accounts. Is comfortable speaking with Project Managers, Site Managers, Commercial Managers, Operations teams and Executives.
